The World Bank has been closely working with the Disaster Management Center (DMC) and National Disaster Relief Services Center (NDRSC) to develop exposure datasets for major river basins and vulnerable districts for floods and landslides.

This includes the World Bank’s Open Data for Resilience Initiative (OpenDRI) that supported in developing exposure dataset for Attanagalu Oya basin earlier.

We managed the full project in aid of the dataset along with training of the Development Officers in QGIS and OpenStreet Map.
